If your order is being delivered to a commercial address in any state east of the Mississippi River, you may qualify for free shipping! We do service all of the U.S. and do provide export services to international accounts. If you reside, or your business address, is west of the Mississippi, please call us to discuss shipping on your order... some orders may be free too!
4 EZ ways to get FREE SHIPPING:
1. Purchase at least $300 ($200 in Florida) in paints (1,2,4,8 and 16oz bottles), brushes, tools, sponges, stamps, cones, and / or stilts and your shipping to a commercial address is FREE!
2. Purchase at least $400 ($300 in Florida) in CRT bisque (our personal line of USA made bisque) in your order and your shipping to a commercial address is FREE
3. Purchase at least $500 in CRT, Duncan & Mayco bisque and color and your shipping to a commercial address is FREE! Yes! You can then include dipping glaze buckets, too!
4. Purchase at least $50 retail in color, brushes, tools, and / or bisque and your shipping is free!
We reserve the right to ship by Motor Freight or UPS, whichever is the most cost effective method of shipping. UPS is responsible to bring your shipment inside: Motor Freight carriers are responsible to bring the shipment to the tailgate of their truck only (unless other arrangements have been made.) IF you ask the freight driver to bring your shipment inside, you will be charged the $55 fee assessed for that service.There is a $15 Extra Fee for: All wholesale truck orders delivered to a Residential address and $8.00 for a UPS order
